Do I need to upload my old Horoscope copy?
No. You do not need to upload any old printed Horoscope copy. Enter the birth date, birth time, and birth place, and Jathagam.ai will generate the Horoscope inside the site.
Horoscope PDF Download
What is Horoscope PDF Download?
Horoscope PDF Download is a downloadable digital horoscope report linked to a specific Horoscope / horoscope chart.
How much does the Horoscope PDF cost?
The Horoscope PDF costs ₹49 as a one-time payment for one specific chart.
Is ₹49 for all my charts?
No. The ₹49 payment applies to one selected Jathagam / horoscope chart. If you want PDFs for different charts, each chart requires a separate purchase.
Can I download the same PDF again later?
Yes. After successful payment, you can re-download the PDF for the same chart without paying again, subject to account and chart availability.
I paid ₹49 but the PDF did not download. What should I do?
Sometimes mobile browsers may not show a download notification clearly. Please go to My Horoscopes, open the same Horoscope, and tap the PDF download button again. You do not need to pay again for the same chart if payment was successful.
AI Astrologer Starter
What is AI Astrologer Starter?
AI Astrologer Starter is a one-time paid access pass for AI Astrologer guidance on one selected Horoscope.
How much does Starter cost?
Starter costs ₹99 as a one-time payment.
How long is Starter valid?
Starter is valid for 14 days from successful payment.
How many questions can I ask with Starter?
Starter allows up to 100 AI Astrologer questions during the validity period.
Is Starter a subscription?
No. Starter is a one-time paid access pass. It does not auto-renew.
Love Match
What is Love Match?
Love Match is a Vedic-astrology-based compatibility and relationship-guidance experience using two Jathagams. It explores emotional connection, communication, attraction, trust, everyday partnership, long-term stability, and family/social compatibility.
Is Love Match the same as Marriage Compatibility?
No. Marriage Compatibility is traditional horoscope matching. Love Match is a separate relationship-guidance experience that explains compatibility across multiple relationship dimensions.
Is there a free preview?
Yes. After signing in and selecting or entering two eligible Jathagams, you can view a limited free Love Match preview before purchasing the full report.
How much does the full Love Match guidance cost?
₹25 as a one-time payment.
What does one purchase include?
One purchase unlocks the detailed Love Match guidance for the selected pair in that purchase. It does not include the separate ₹49 Jathagam PDF product.
Do I need two Jathagams?
Yes. Two eligible people and their charts are required. For the current Love Match experience, one person must be male and the other female.
Where can I reopen a purchased report?
Completed reports can be reopened through My Love Matches.
What happens after payment?
After payment succeeds, Jathagam.ai confirms the payment and prepares the detailed Love Match report. The report may take some time to finish preparing.
What if payment succeeded but the report is still preparing?
If your payment was successful but your Love Match report is still being prepared or payment confirmation is delayed, do not pay again. Allow the current process to continue and check My Love Matches again after the report has had time to finish preparing. If the report is still unavailable, contact us at contactus@jathagam.ai with your order or payment reference.
Should I pay again?
No. If the payment was already successful or captured, do not make another payment for the same purchase.
