This policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures for paid services.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following situations:

• The service was not delivered due to a technical failure.
• You were charged twice for the same service.

Note: Dissatisfaction with the outcomes of astrological predictions or insights is not grounds for a refund, as these are interpretive in nature.

Request Time Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of payment or service delivery.

Review Timeline

We will review and respond to your request within 10 business days.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned within the standard banking/payment processing timeframe (typically 5–10 business days) after approval.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

• Email or phone number used for payment
• Description of the issue
• Screenshots of the issue and any relevant documentation

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Fraudulent or false claims.
• Misuse of the service.
• Service was successfully delivered with no technical or content defect.
• Dissatisfaction with subjective interpretation of predictions or insights.

Cancellation

Most services are delivered instantly, so cancellation after delivery may not be possible.

However, you can always raise a request for review if there is an issue.

Jathagam PDF Download (₹49)

Jathagam PDF Download is a one-time digital product purchase for a specific horoscope chart.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Payment was successful, but the PDF could not be generated or delivered due to a technical issue.
• You were charged more than once for the same PDF purchase due to a system or payment processing error.

Refunds are generally not provided after the PDF has been successfully generated and made available for download, except in verified technical or duplicate-payment cases.

If the browser download notification does not appear, you can re-download the purchased PDF from the same Jathagam without paying again.

AI Astrologer Paid Access (Starter)

AI Astrologer Starter is a one-time paid access pass, not a recurring subscription.

Starter does not auto-renew, so no monthly cancellation step is required.
