Our services include digital reports, AI-generated astrological insights, and related guidance content. Most services are delivered instantly via dashboard, download, or email.

Some paid services, such as Jathagam PDF Download, are delivered as downloadable digital files linked to a specific horoscope chart.

The delivery method and timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the service.

Once a horoscope is generated, the birth details cannot be edited. If the details provided were incorrect, the user must delete the incorrect horoscope and create a new one with the correct information.

Please note that any AI Astrologer conversations conducted using an incorrect horoscope are based on the details provided at the time of creation and cannot be corrected retroactively. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their birth details before generating a horoscope.

Horoscope creation on this platform is fully digital and generated using automated astrological calculations based on standard astronomical data sources and predefined logic. While reasonable care is taken, the accuracy of the generated horoscope depends on the correctness of the birth details provided by the user.

Jathagam.ai does not guarantee absolute accuracy of horoscope charts and shall not be held responsible for any errors, interpretations, or outcomes arising from their use. For important matters, users are encouraged to consult a qualified astrologer.

AI Astrologer Service

AI Astrologer is an AI-assisted conversational guidance service. It uses your birth chart data, planetary transit data, and spiritual wisdom to provide personalised insights. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as interpretive guidance, not definitive predictions.

AI Astrologer conversations and related data are stored to improve the quality of guidance provided to you. At any time, you can request deletion of your data within the My Horoscopes page.

Paid Access & Usage Limits

AI Astrologer offers limited free usage. Extended AI guidance is currently available through a Starter one-time paid access pass. Jathagam PDF Download is available as a separate one-time paid digital download per horoscope chart. Details about paid products, including usage limits, validity, download scope, and access terms, are described on our Payment & Access Policy page.

Each Starter purchase applies to one selected Jathagam, includes up to 100 questions, and is valid for 14 days from successful payment. Each Jathagam PDF purchase applies to one selected chart and may be re-downloaded for that same chart after successful payment.

Cancellation for Paid Access

Starter access is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. There is no monthly subscription cancellation flow for Starter.

AI Guidance Disclaimer

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of Jathagam.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India.
