Refund & Cancellation Policy

Jathagam.ai provides digital services and is committed to minimizing disputes and following fair practices.
This policy explains the refund and cancellation process for our paid services.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered due to a technical failure.
- You were charged twice for the same service.
- An incorrect service or report was delivered.
- There is a major defect in the delivered content.
Note: Dissatisfaction with the outcome of jyotisha predictions or insights does not qualify for a refund, as these are interpretative in nature.
Request Time Window
A refund request must be raised within 7 days from the date of payment or service delivery.
Review Timeline
Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 10 working days.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be sent back within the usual bank/payment timelines (generally within 5–10 working days) after approval.
Refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment.
How to Raise a Request
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Transaction ID / Order Reference
- Email / Phone number used
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots (if applicable)

Non‑Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Fraudulent or misleading requests.
- Misuse or abuse of the service.
- The service was successfully delivered and there is no technical or content defect.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with interpretations, predictions or insights.
Cancellation
As most services are delivered instantly, cancellation after delivery may not be possible.
However, if there is an issue, you may always raise a request for review.
